Careers
Cheslyn Hay Academy believes strongly in the importance and the role of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG). All students leaving Cheslyn Hay Academy will be given a wide range of impartial information to make informed Post-16 choices about their future. We liaise with local and specialist national colleges, training providers and employers to ensure that knowledge is up-to-date and information can be shared about the needs, demands and the trends within the labour market locally, nationally and globally.
Mrs Burton is our Careers Leader who offers impartial advice and guidance, working with students and their parents throughout the academic year. Cheslyn Hay Academy additionally commissions an external Careers Advisor, Jackie Flint, who offers independent advice and guidance to our students.
